Overview
We delivered an ERP tailored to Corte y Plegado’s workflow: products, stock movements, suppliers, orders, and operational reporting in one place.
Context
The company managed inventory across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. They needed a single source of truth to reduce errors and speed up purchasing and fulfillment.
What we built
The system includes inventory modules (entries, exits, adjustments), product catalog, supplier records, user permissions, and reports for stock levels and movement history. The interface prioritizes fast data entry for warehouse staff.
Challenges
Migrating historical data and aligning the software with real warehouse habits without forcing disruptive change. We iterated with the team on forms, labels, and default workflows.
Outcomes
Clearer stock visibility, fewer manual reconciliations, and a foundation to add billing or sales modules later.
